my new header could possibly be the gayest picture of my wife to be that i have ever seen.

we made it last night and laughed for about 2 hours after.  the funny thing is that it almost looks like starr actually likes grande prairie.

she doesn’t.

in fact, neither do i.  alberta is pretty much the states and is nowhere near being a canadian province anymore.  if i had any desire to live in the states somewhere, it’s been erased.

it’s a province where nobody cares about the other guy.  as long as i’m rich then fuck you is pretty much the mentality you get out here. 

that’s not to say that i haven’t met nice people, they are here, they are just few and far between is all. 

all in all, living out here has shown me that ontario is my home.  it’s where all my best memories are.  it’s run by the liberals, who i now have an even greater respect for.  yeah they may have lied and stole some money in the past, but at least they make a decent effort to give back to the less fortunate people, out here it feels like the whole Torie government motto is “fuck the poor, we’re all rich”.

On the other hand, without living here, we wouldn’t have the awesomeness of reflections of grand prairie with q99’s starr tanti right?

i know things have been sporatic around here and i am sorry for that sherri.

just shitty news yesterday and a tough last couple of weeks i guess.  i promise to get on it.

i work wednesday nights so that means i have to download lost.  wed night i was lucky enough to get the first half od the season finale but that just meant that i was cliffhanging until thursday night, when i finally got to see the second half of it. 

i would be lying if i said that it wasn’t an amazing finale, and the acting wasn’t ace. 

it did, however, really affect me.  i never get choked up about shows or have them influence my emotions, but when Charlie called it a career, i was sad.

it was so built up and we all knew it was coming, but when he bit it, i was upset.  charlie was sub par to many, but i always cheered for him.  he kicked his addiction, he proved he could be a father, and he got claire to fall in love with him.  he was the most “saved” character on the island, and right up there for most courageous.

So in the memory of Charlie Pace, “you all everyboody…..you all everybody”
